At Everything Ice we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, and would like either a refund or exchange simply return it to us within 14 days (from date of delivery) and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges. Please note sale items are final sale, mounted boots and blades are not returnable.
In order to return or exchange any products please be sure to complete the following:
Detach and complete the Package Return Form. (Include this in the package with the merchandise.)
Enclose a copy of your invoice in the package.
Write your order number on the outside of the box and send it your package to: Attn: Customer Care Department, Everything Ice, 305 Industrial Parkway South, Unit 18, Aurora, Ontario, L4G 6X7. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking number when you ship your package.
For USA or international returns please mark on the outside of the package “Returned Merchandise” for customs purposes.
COD returns will not be accepted, and all refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their original and re-salable condition, which means that laundered (washed) garments, previously worn garments, damaged products, and opened media products cannot be returned or exchanged.
